Irregular Choice Star Wars Collection

Last Friday the entire Irregular Choice Star Wars collection was released to the fans. And immediately it was clear that the line was going to be popular. There was a line in front of the physical stores and the website couldn’t handle the load of so many people wanting to buy the shoes.
Their popularity came as no surprise as the Irregular Choice Star Wars collection had been announced on the Star Wars Celebration back in April. And ever since then Star Wars and Irregular Choice fans have waited patiently for the designs.

In the weeks leading up to the release 5 out of the 14 designs were previewed on the social media pages. The other 9 were meant to remain a mystery until the official release on the 30th of October. That day has come and passed, so here are all the shoes from the Irregular Choice Star Wars range along with their prices.

First off are the flats that came out in this collection. These are in the lowest price

And finally it’s time for the heels in the Irregular Choice Star Wars collection.
While they might seem quite high, they all come with hidden platform soles which makes walking on them a less daunting task. Some of the designs also have built in sounds and /or lights that work with a hidden activator for extra effects. These can be recharged by using a mini usb connector which sadly isn’t included with the shoes themselves.

Sadly I was unable to get the R2D2 heels in my size and my other favourite pair, the Tatooine, was a bit outside of my price range 🙁
The collection seems to be mostly sold out on the official site but you can call them and see if there are any left in the physical store. If that doesn’t work out there are other companies like Office, Millars and Schuh which offer a few of the designs.
This is the entire list with official stockists thanks to the folks from Irregular Choice. Sadly so far there seems to be no stockist for the Dutch fans.

All in all the Irregular Choice Star Wars collection looks really lovely and it’s nice to finally have a Star Wars collection that isn’t just sneakers/trainers. It’s a pity that the popularity and price worked against me. But I hope to see another collection like this and I am sure to pick up a pair from the regular Irregular Choice collection.
